Apex Kitchens prides itself on the principles of excellent craftsmanship and Australian owned and manufactured products. A quality assurance check is processed before any works, ready-made, cut to size or custom are released.
For Traders/Builders and Cut to Size Service (CTS)
Cut-to-Size (CTS) is a service reserved for traders/builders with a current and valid ABN. It is designed to provide Australian traders/builders with custom joinery solutions that sit well within budget constraints as a supply only, Australian Made and Owned solution.
All CTS orders are subject to review from Apex Kitchens and may be declined.
CTS service will not commence production until a confirmation of the CTS order has been conducted and payment to commence works has been made.
Traders/builders are liable for their cutting lists and must provide accurate measurements. Apex Kitchens will cut and assemble all cabinets on a trader/builder's order form according to the measurements and requirements provided.
Apex Kitchens is not liable for any CTS measurements given that are incorrect or inaccurate to the overall works of the trader/builder. It is on the onus of the trader/builder to ensure an accurate cutting list is provided to Apex Kitchens before commencement of works.
Apex Kitchens will call to confirm the cutting list specifications outlined in the submitted order form. Once confirmation and payment are made, no amendments will be allowed.
CTS is a supply only service, meaning that the trader/builder is responsible for pickup from the Apex Kitchens workshop in a timely manner.
A timely manner refers to pick up within 2 business days of completion of works.
Apex Kitchens reserves the right to decline any CTS orders that are incomplete or unpaid.
No joinery/cabinetry, hardware or finishings may be picked up or released until full balance of invoice has been paid.
Apex Kitchens offers CTS service as a Supply Only Solution for a quick turnaround, however, does allow for the option of delivery only and delivery and installation
Delivery and/or Delivery and Installation will incur and additional cost and is subject to approval from Apex Kitchens following the confirmation call after the order has been placed.

Apex Kitchens reserves the right to their works and finished products if a CTS cutting list has been ordered and confirmed with the inclusion of installation.
Any CTS orders with the inclusion of installation remain the intellectual and physical property of Apex Kitchens and Apex Kitchens reserves the right to claim the final product as its own, with provision of photography and client testimonial acquisition for the purposes of advertisement, ownership and referral to new clients by and for Apex Kitchens.
